Our client, a leading organisation in the education and research sector, is seeking a dynamic Training and Support Specialist to join their team. This role plays a key part in enabling staff across their IT domain to confidently adopt new systems and processes through effective training and support.
This is a daily rate contract, with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic documentation (e.g. drafting of user guides, moving documented process maps from one tool to another)
- Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to support system and process changes.
- Collaborate closely with change managers and analysts to ensure training aligns with broader transformation initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support to faculty teams, helping them navigate new tools and workflows with confidence.
- Maintain clear and accessible documentation to support ongoing learning and adoption.
About You:
- Demonstrated support experience, can work closely with end users to train/hand hold them to the new technology.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training and user support within large, multifaceted organisations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
