We are seeking a talented Siebel Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on providing support focusing on Siebel environment installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance tasks. Reporting directly to the Director, Technical Architecture & Operations, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of Siebel applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and upgrade of Siebel environments
• Packaging and migration of Siebel code and EIM data
• Configuration and support of Siebel developer workspaces
• Application patching and maintenance
• Integration of Oracle BI Publisher Reports
• Routine technical administration tasks
• Providing technical support at Level 2, including escalations from Level 1 support

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a Government environment with complex IT systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders towards common goals
• Effective planning and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating within both technology and business environments
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve results
