Siebel Business Analyst

Location: ACT

Contract: 12 months

Extension: 12 months x 2

Clearance: Baseline

Our federal government client is seeking a Siebel Business Analyst to provide support for system maintenance and upgrades, and assist with change and release management for the Enterprise Case and Information Management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategic planning, mapping, and modelling.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholder groups with differing needs and priorities.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to evaluate if current departmental capabilities meet future visualisation needs.
  • Develop innovative solutions for business challenges in partnership with business and ICT stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements, prepare use cases, and design process workflows and diagrams.
  • Create functional and technical documentation for the integration between Siebel and external applications.
  • Help develop interfaces using Siebel Applications and Configuration tools.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, emphasising ethics, trust, and organisation.
  • Participate in and lead teams to achieve work objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and improve processes.
  • Document and standardise new business practices and processes, ensuring stakeholder approval.

Required Skills

  • 6 years of experience in executing complete Siebel implementation life cycles.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Skilled in developing Siebel design documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex business concepts in technical language.

Please note due to the nature of work only AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with a BASELINE are considered for this position.
