Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers (EL1 Equivalent)

About the Role

We're seeking three experienced Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers to join a high-impact transformation program within a major government agency. You'll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering robust, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that improve outcomes for Australians.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility specialists.
• Participate in daily scrum activities and agile ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and governance through code reviews.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal capability.
• Assist with design standards and deployment processes across environments.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events).
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Omnistudio Developer.
• Proficiency with source control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
• Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using agile methodology.
• Passion for accessible design and development.
• Familiarity with modern accessibility standards and practices.

• Citizenship Requirement: Australian citizens only.
• Labour Hire Licence: Required for ACT, VIC, and QLD.
