Are you passionate about ensuring high standards in digital health systems? We're seeking experienced APS6 Conformance Test Analysts to join a high-performing team delivering critical outcomes for national digital health initiatives.
In this role, you will work under limited direction to lead complex testing activities that ensure vendor software meets rigorous national standards. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external software developers, guiding them through conformance testing processes, executing test cases, and producing high-quality, detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on conformance testing and support issue resolution for production incidents.
Review and approve test reports and conformance declarations for vendor inclusion on national registers.
Conduct detailed observation sessions for software product testing and produce comprehensive reports.
Develop and maintain test case specifications, conformance profiles, and risk assessment artefacts.
Analyse production data and logs to identify non-conformance issues in clinical documents.
Supervise and assure the quality output of testing teams; contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
Engage effectively with vendors and stakeholders to resolve complex and sensitive testing issues.
Represent the agency in interdepartmental discussions and promote best practices in conformance testing.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong skills in writing and evaluating generic test cases across multiple vendor systems.
Proficient communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Word.
Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in data auditing, quality assurance, risk assessment, and production incident analysis.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with limited guidance.
Security Clearance: Baseline clearance required
