Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for designing enterprise-level solutions that drive transformation? We're partnering with a higher education institution to find a Senior Solutions Designer to lead the design of a major SaaS-based Student Management System (SMS) implementation.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for a large-scale SaaS SMS implementation.
- Act as a design authority across multiple program streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.
- Review and refine vendor-provided designs to ensure compliance with functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop architectural roadmaps and ensure alignment with frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Embed best practice design principles and ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in enterprise solution and software design within complex IT or higher education environments.
- Strong background in SaaS and COTS implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Mulesoft, Moodle).
- Expertise in architecture frameworks and design notations (TOGAF, UML, BPMN, ER models).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of data governance, information security, and compliance in regulated environments.
