Clearance: Must be able to obtain or hold Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)
Hours: Maximum 40 per week
Experience Level: Senior - EL1 equivalent

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support critical delivery and enhancement projects within a major federal government agency. This hands-on role sits within a high-performing team supporting commercial applications and services, helping deliver integrated, scalable Salesforce solutions across a diverse program landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and deliver system enhancements
  • Translate designs into functional Salesforce configurations and custom code
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce developments and implement best practices
  • Support QA and release management to ensure quality deliverables
  • Produce technical documentation and solution artefacts
  • Work closely with solution leads, BAs, testers, and release managers in a collaborative delivery environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Salesforce development
  • Strong capability in:

  • Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Salesforce configuration: custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, Sharing, etc.
  • Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio
  • Version control & CI/CD tooling
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Must hold or be eligible for NV1 security clearance

Desirable Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Omnistudio Developer
