About the Role
This is a Canberra-based role within a high-performing Information Management and Technology Division. You'll work in the Commercial Application and Delivery Section, supporting critical ICT systems and collaborating with project teams to design and implement scalable Microsoft-based solutions.

You'll be the technical owner of key enterprise systems and contribute to a collaborative team of skilled administrators, delivering robust and reliable services that support core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 BAU support for enterprise Microsoft systems
  • Participate in project reviews and lead technical implementations
  • Resolve incidents, manage changes, and optimise system performance
  • Share on-call duties within a rotating roster
  • Provide cross-support within the administration team

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in enterprise ICT system administration
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-prem & D365)
  • Experience with ADFS v4+, Azure Entra ID, and SSO configuration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including DevOps pipelines & integration services
  • NV1 clearance or eligibility to obtain; willingness to upgrade to NV2

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in federal government ICT environments
  • Administration of Dynamics CRM clusters and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle management
