Senior Frontend Software Engineer

EXPERIS Adelaide is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior front-end software engineer, highly skilled in the use of Javascript libraries looking to join a growing eCommerce software as a service business.


THE COMPANY:

eGrowcery (egrowcery.com) founded in 2014, have experienced massive success in growth and sales of their SaaS product in the United States providing ecommerce software to 200+ supermarket franchises, linking the stores and retail chains back-end database with a modern CRM, eCommerce website and mobile apps. With ongoing growth related to the need for customers to buy groceries online now more than ever, they are looking to grow the team.

THE LIFESTYLE:

WORK FROM HOME: Currently the team is working completely from home, catching up occasionally at their office in the heart of Adelaide CBD to reconnect and enjoy a city lunch. The development team is growing rapidly and needs new developers that want to work with the latest technology.

THE TEAM:

The team operates in an Agile software development environment, with a collaborative approach to assessing all possible solutions to provide their clients and their clients' customers the most cutting edge mobile friendly products available on the market. The team balances moving fast with building generalised solutions. The ideal candidate has the right skills but is also a curious, driven, hands-on, problem-solving team player.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert JavaScript programming skills
• Proven experience developing for Node.js frameworks such as React, Ember, Vue or Angular
• Strong HTML5/CSS3
• Good knowledge of object-oriented architecture and coding patterns
• UX design experience and cares about putting in the extra work to make it look great

BONUS POINTS

• Graphic design skills with Photo-shop / Illustrator or similar
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins
