Overview

The specified personnel will be responsible for:

1. Working with internal stakeholders to document current technical processes including ETL and subsequent report development
2. Elicit requirements and produce a comprehensive requirements document
3. Developing as-is and to-be process maps
4. Developing a change management plan and supporting activities
5. Providing regular progress reports to the Director and Senior Executives
6. Managing stakeholder engagement
7. Identifying synergies with similar projects and requirements within the department
8. Preparing a business case on solution options, including recommendation

Selection criteria

Essential criteria

Experienced working on data warehouses, data models and data migration

Stakeholder engagement/management

Document technical processes including ETL and subsequent report development.

Desirable criteria

Knowledge of BI architecture
