Our client, a leading enterprise undergoing a significant digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi-year program of work based in central Melbourne. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering a hybrid work model and the chance to work on a complex, large-scale transformation program of work.

About the Role:

As Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery across a high-impact transformation initiative. Working closely with Project Managers and Release Managers, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprints and releases, and ensure alignment with SAFe methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support delivery teams in removing blockers and improving velocity.
  • Collaborate with Project and Release Managers to coordinate delivery timelines and release cycles.
  • Champion Agile and SAFe practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Guide teams through complex system implementations including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience working on ERP, CRM, or other enterprise system implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a central Melbourne base.
