We are seeking a scrum master to join a high-impact delivery team driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile principles, facilitate continuous delivery, and empower teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to enable seamless delivery
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworks
• Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility across the project lifecycle

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with deep understanding of Agile principles
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced delivery environments

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years working in Agile delivery roles
• Experience within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership
