SALESFORCE SUPPORT ENGINEER
- 12 month contract with 1 x extension
- Commencing early January 2024
- 3 Days in the Sydney CBD offices / 2 Days WFH
- Must be Australian Citizen with Baseline Clearance
- $600 Inc Super per day rate (ABN Holders this will be slightly increased to reflect insurance costs)
Our Sydney CBD based client will be undertaking a huge program of work that will deliver innovative fit for need ICT based solution that improves the organisations operations.
Our client has engaged us to assist with identifying a Salesforce Support Engineer with at least 2 years under their belt maintaining and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications.
Suitability of experience essential to the position
- Proficient in maintaining and configuring Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of various log sources to investigate and resolve issues.
- Execute advanced customizations on the Salesforce platform, such as configuring custom fields, custom objects, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Design, build, and troubleshoot Flows, encompassing screen, auto-launched, and scheduled Flows. Adept in error handling, debugging, and optimizing Flows.
- Utilize Gitlab and version control for implementing production fixes.
- Tailor and oversee Lightning Experience, including the creation and assignment of Lightning Pages, as well as the management of Lightning Apps.
- Operate within an Agile delivery methodology.
- Hands-on expertise in version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
- Practical experience with Vlocity/Omnistudio.
