Key duties and responsibilities;

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes.
  • Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys.
  • Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.


Essential Skills and experience


1. 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation.
2. Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and data management.
3. Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce.
4. Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
5. Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
