Role: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: North Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our dynamic operations team and provide critical support in Excel-based analysis, sales operations, deal management, and sales credit/account assignments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable working across teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel Management: Perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and modeling using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and more
• Sales Operations Support: Ensure seamless deal and transaction processing within systems
• Deal Management: Track, analyze, and validate deal structures to ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Sales Credit & Account Assignments: Accurately manage sales credit allocations and account assignments
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline deal approvals and maintain accurate forecasting

Skills/Experience

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, etc.)
• Experience with Sales operations
• Solid background in sales operations, deal management, or finance
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to manage competing deadlines with efficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Previous experience working in Sales-related operations or similar tech environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle, or similar
• Background in finance, business analysis, or sales forecasting.
