Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Development team with customer and market insights

• Identify leads via social media, cold calling, and account research

• Map organisational structures of key accounts

• Contribute ideas to target high-potential customers

• Assist in planning events and programs to drive pipeline

• Participate in workshops to build sales and presentation skills

• Provide operational support to streamline team workflows
