About the Role: You'll manage and implement high-impact marketing projects focused on cancer screening, tobacco and vaping control, and skin cancer prevention. From creative strategy to agency management, you'll help steer campaigns that contribute to measurable public health improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Drive behaviour change in target populations through evidence-based communications
Manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies
Oversee campaign documentation including briefs, scopes, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver results
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
Key Challenges:
Navigating concurrent projects across different portfolios
Coordinating diverse stakeholder groups with competing expectations
Ensuring external partners deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
Key Requirements:
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, TV, radio, and outdoor platforms
Proven ability to manage agencies and optimise social media content and strategy
Strong grasp of public health communications or health promotion
Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
