ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a State Government Agency that is now looking for a dedicated project officer to join their organisation. They are currently looking for support with the development and implementation of the NSW Health Patient Reported Measures program to improve health outcomes and the experience of care for patients, families, carers and staff within the health system in NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects providing expert knowledge and leadership on designated components of the ACI's Patient Reported Measures Program
• Provide expert advice on all aspects of improving integrated care, consumer engagement and patient experience
• Lead work-groups and initiatives where there is the need for knowledge on Patient Reported Measures (integrated care)
• Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain expert advice and feedback.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in public health and experience working within the Health System
• Extensive experience in working with patients and carers to capture their experience and improve their care
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management
• Extensive experience in change-management
• High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
