About the role:

You will lead and oversee a portfolio of projects identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to achieve maximum efficiency and required outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish a framework for the effective identification and management of organisational knowledge and intellectual property.
• Develop, implement, and maintain best practice knowledge management procedures and control systems, plans and policies.
• Develop review procedures, systems, plans and policies to ensure they are up to date and keep pace with best practice.
• Develop and deliver knowledge management training, education, and awareness programs as required.
• Provide specialist advice to the PATH Shared Services Executive Director and Directors on knowledge management issues and opportunities.
• Determine the role of various knowledge delivery mechanisms and most appropriate method by which information should be delivered to staff to maximise use and effectiveness.

To be successful for the role, you must have:

• Relevant Project Management qualifications.
• A history of knowledge management.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering technical training.
• Experience writing technical documentation and preparing technical resources.
• Government experience is an advantage.
