About the Role We are seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver digital health projects and programs. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in managing projects within a multi-vendor environment, ensuring successful outcomes through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Accountability

• Manage digital health projects in compliance with established project management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and oversee integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment of dependencies and deliverables while tracking progress and mitigating risks.

• Provide leadership in defining and managing project scope, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.

• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring alignment with agency assurance and governance processes.

Project and Team Management

• Lead project teams, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.

• Allocate and manage project resources, including human, financial, and physical assets, ensuring efficient delivery of outcomes.

• Monitor and adjust project plans to meet evolving demands and priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Facilitate technical discussions and effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Negotiate and resolve complex or sensitive issues that may arise within the project.

Decision-Making and Problem-Solving

• Work with a high level of independence, making informed decisions based on professional judgment and established frameworks.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to interpret project requirements and resolve conflicts.

• Monitor emerging project issues and implement mitigation strategies to address potential risks.

• Demonstrated experience managing digital health projects in a multi-vendor environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive project outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• High-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive project challenges.

• The ability to facilitate technical discussions and translate complex information for diverse audiences.
