About the Role We are seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver digital health projects and programs. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in managing projects within a multi-vendor environment, ensuring successful outcomes through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Accountability
Manage digital health projects in compliance with established project management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Develop and oversee integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment of dependencies and deliverables while tracking progress and mitigating risks.
Provide leadership in defining and managing project scope, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring alignment with agency assurance and governance processes.
Project and Team Management
Lead project teams, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
Allocate and manage project resources, including human, financial, and physical assets, ensuring efficient delivery of outcomes.
Monitor and adjust project plans to meet evolving demands and priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Facilitate technical discussions and effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Negotiate and resolve complex or sensitive issues that may arise within the project.
Decision-Making and Problem-Solving
Work with a high level of independence, making informed decisions based on professional judgment and established frameworks.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to interpret project requirements and resolve conflicts.
Monitor emerging project issues and implement mitigation strategies to address potential risks.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience managing digital health projects in a multi-vendor environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive project outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
High-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive project challenges.
The ability to facilitate technical discussions and translate complex information for diverse audiences.
