PMO Analyst/ Project Coordinator from finance/insurance or banking sector ONLY

  • Initial 6 months contract with options to extend
    Location - Working from home and then once go back to the office after Covid.
  • Open to Australian Citizens and PR holders Only

Role 1# PMO Analyst/ Project Coordinator - Supporting a Complaints Program of work.

Requirement:

  • Prior experience working within finance/insurance or banking sector is a must
  • Worked within a Portfolio or Program Management Office - 2-3 years
  • You will be involved in Reports, Financial data, Provide support, analysis, and documentation for regular Program/Project reporting (status, risks/issues, dependencies, capacity) that is visible to the Portfolio
  • Will be working across some road maps with the other PM's and managing risk.
  • Be responsible for bringing together the monthly steering packs.
  • There will be PM support however we need a contractor to hit the ground running. - Someone who can bring that next level thinking and work strategically.
  • Agile Practice experience - How to engage and manager in an agile environment. Jira and Confluence experience.
  • This is a close team who work very well together and we need this contractor to be able to take direction and return with a solution.

Role 2# PMO Analyst/ Project Coordinator - Supporting Regulatory/risk space

Requirement:

  • Prior experience working within finance/insurance or banking sector is a must
  • Worked within a Portfolio or Program Management Office - 2-3 years
  • Experience in multiple projects with an ability manage different timeframes and different deadlines for each project.
    This is a broad role in that it will be supporting multiple projects and need to work with multiple project managers. Each project has a specific PM however no Coordinator.
    This role will require the contractor to be involved in Reports, Financial data, Will be working across some road maps with the other PM's And managing risk.
  • Provide support, analysis, and documentation for regular Program/Project reporting (status, risks/issues, dependencies, capacity) that is visible to the Portfolio
