The Agency is undertaking a multi-year program delivering its new case management capabilities. The successful candidate will provide program and project scheduling for this project for the agency. The successful Program Scheduler will report directly to the Program Director.



Key duties and responsibilities

  • Development and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
  • Resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking within scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects or equivalent.
  • Consolidation of schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis working alongside multiple project managers.
  • Identifying schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Presentation of schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.


Technical skills


* Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is desirable.
