About the Client:

Our client is an esteemed Federal Government organisation that specialise in providing security and identity solutions. You will be working with the security clearance and investigations team but alongside Information Technology counterparts.

About the Role:

• Undertake business analysis across a range of security clearance business processes and map these to future and current ICT architecture.
• Develop a high level integrated design that incorporates online connections with external service providers including mapping business processes involving cross agency information exchange.
• Actively collaborate and work with vendors to represent business priorities, business requirements, and implementation of system design.
• Develop a staged implementation plan that accurately segments workloads and delivers clear business outcomes and requirements.

About You:

The role demands a candidate with strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing key artefacts to a very high standard, including use cases, business personas, process maps/process flow diagrams, business model documentation, traceability matrices, specification of documents and vendor management. You will be part of a large BAU team.
