We are on the search for an experienced PHP developer in the Research and Education domain. Our client is working on leading edge projects, where you will be surrounded by other devs and QA's who are in the upper echelon in their respected field.
Key technical skills required:
Comprehensive knowledge of PHP web development, OO principles and API integration
Strong skills in JavaScript/Jquery
CSS experience
Experience with large scale and complex open source system (preferably an LMS like Moodle) using PHP
Database skills in Postgress SQL or other another open source relational db (eg MySQL)
Experience in revision control system (preferably GIT or similar) with usage in a team of 3+ devs
Experience using Docker
Experience with automated front end testing (ideally with Robot - but not essential)
Unit testing (ideally with PHPUnit otherwise any other PHP framework)
