We're seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client's community-based rehabilitation team. This role focuses on supporting clients with neurodisability and complex needs in their homes and local environments, with occasional clinic-based responsibilities.

You'll work autonomously while being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. If you're driven by client-centred care and want to make a real impact in the community, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in community settings

  • Support clients to achieve meaningful, functional goals

  • Work within NDIS and DVA frameworks to deliver tailored interventions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referrers

  • Contribute to service development and team initiatives

You're a confident clinician with a strong foundation in community rehab and a passion for empowering people with disability. You're proactive, organised, and ready to grow.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • 3-5 years clinical experience, ideally in community rehab or neurodisability

  • Experience working with NDIS and/or DVA clients

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
