Our esteemed Government client is on the hunt for an O365 Specialist to join their busy team. The initial contract term is for 12 months, plus likely extensions.
This exciting and flexible working opportunity offers you the chance to expand your IT skillset/experience in a supportive environment. Your daily focus will be to provide technical support to the following products, including but not limited to: O365 technologies, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Powershell and Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
Further responsibilities include:
- Provide Microsoft O365 technical support for online maintenance, fault diagnosis and the identification/implementation of remedial action
- Contribute to the development of Microsoft O365 based applications for technical solutions and processes in accordance with design standards
- Work as a team member/liaising with relevant parties, ensuring that the quality of service delivered to clients meets or exceeds expectations
