Experis Australia has been engaged by a key Federal Government client to source an experienced Senior Systems Analyst specialising in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Onboarding 2.0 module.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major digital transformation initiative, working closely with HR, ICT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

About the Role:
As the Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Your work will focus on gathering and analysing business requirements, aligning stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that the technical solutions meet the department's operational needs.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: Until 30 June 2026

  • Location: Canberra, ACT

  • Work Arrangement: Full-time on-site initially, to gain a strong understanding of the department's ICT environment

  • Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to define workflows and integration needs

  • Conduct gap analyses and assess solution feasibility within the Onboarding 2.0 framework

  • Produce detailed documentation including business/functional specifications, process flows, and system designs

  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and integrations

  • Support project planning and documentation for implementation and rollout phases

  • Transfer knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental recordkeeping standards

Deliverables will include:

  • Business and Functional Specifications

  • Technical Specifications

  • Risk Management Plans

  • Status Reports

About You:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on knowledge of Onboarding 2.0

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation to support technical and business needs

  • Previous experience working within Federal Government environments highly regarded

  • Current Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is essential
