ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a State Government department that is now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultancy and advisory service on a range of human resource areas.

This is a Health Manager Level 3 role and will run through to Mid-June 2021 with extensions.

What to Expect:

• Manage complex issues and provide advice on;
  • Grievance management
  • Recruitment change management
  • Workforce planning
  • Organisational design
  • Employee entitlements
  • Establishment control
  • Reporting and injury management
• Investigate complex HR/IR issues or grievances and identify issues and recommend further action or solutions in accordance with legislation, policy and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with People & Culture division to provide a coordinated, accurate and effectively consultancy service. Provide compliant solutions to HR issues tailored to relevant directorate needs.

About you:

• You exercise sound judgement, empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive and complex HR management matters
• You have extensive experience at this level where you are comfortable with authorising HR legislation and policy, being autonomous in your decision-making and can identify gaps to develop new strategies and recommend changes
