About the role
This is an on-site technician role, providing hardware support across a range of customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a variety of computing equipment, ensuring high-quality technical outcomes and strong customer satisfaction.

• Full disassembly and repair of notebooks, tablets, desktops, and workstations
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with a detail-oriented approach
• Accurate record-keeping skills and ability to follow established procedures
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently and self-manage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Skills/Experience

• Qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or Computer Systems
