About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported C-suite leaders in large, global organizations. This role demands someone highly organized, efficient, and able to manage complex diaries, events, and client engagement activities. You will work on-site five days a week due to business requirement. You will be ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar schedules and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Organize internal and external events, including client engagement activities.
- Oversee in-house client lunches and hospitality arrangements.
- Handle coding of invoices, expenses, and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate travel bookings for executives and clients.
- Create slide decks for meetings and take minutes.
- Liaise with clients to book meetings and arrange logistics.
- Support senior leaders with administrative tasks.
- Pivot quickly to changing priorities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven EA experience at an executive level within professional services or global organizations.
- Background in Banking, Finance, or Capital Markets industry
- Strong ability to multitask, manage workloads, and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with executives and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands in a dynamic business environment.
