About the role:

You will be undertaking a range of data entry from various data sources, data validation, report and dashboard updates along with administrative activities to support the development and delivery of reporting and data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Data Engineering unit, including monitoring data sources and updates to reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Update and collate data records to be input to the various dashboards
• Undertake basic data analysis to ensure data integrity
• Assist the data team to complete reporting tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
• Communicate with relevant data stakeholders to provide updates regarding report availability status and issues with source data. Be the contact point for upstream suppliers of data.
• Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating meetings and preparing papers, to support report delivery

To be successful for the role, you must have:

• Advanced Excel skills including knowledge of macros, pivots, VLOOKUP and various Excel functions
• Experience with Data manipulation, Data cleansing, and the ability to perform data validation
• Experience with Data entry from various data sources
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for report updates
• Power BI or Tableau experience is highly desired
