Are you a data-driven strategist ready to lead complex data initiatives that directly impact core business operations across an enterprise?

We're partnering with a major client to find a Specialist in Data Solutions to join their high-impact Core Data Products team. This role is pivotal in driving a single, trusted source of policy data across the business.

This is more than a technical role-it's about shaping how data powers decisions across an entire organisation.

To be considered, you will bring:

• 5+ years in data solutions or analytics, ideally working with complex enterprise data products
• Experience in running workshops with senior stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic business goals
• Proficient in SQL, with skills in dbt to build and optimise scalable, high-performing data models
• Experienced in using AI and machine learning techniques for strategic insights
• Familiarity with enterprise Cloud platforms, and GCP a massive plus.
• Confident communicator and workshop facilitator with a knack for turning data complexity into business clarity.
• Previous experience in Financial Services would be highly beneficial.
• Agile problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a continuous improvement attitude
• Degree in Data Science, Analytics, MIS, or a related field-or equivalent hands-on experience
