CIAM/IAM Engineer

Location: ACT

Contrac: 12 months

Clearance: Hold or Ability to obtain NV1

Duties:

• Provide support in designing, implementing, and maintaining CIAM solutions, with a focus on user registration, authentication, and authorisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input for configuring and optimising CIAM solutions.
• Configure and manage CIAM features like user profiles, authentication methods, and access policies under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support troubleshooting of CIAM-related issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Contribute to the implementation of automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.

Required Skills:

• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions
• Experience with solutions, such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent, is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
