Manpower is actively engaged with a State Government department who is seeking an expert communications manager to partner with business units to coordinate and deliver internal and external customer communications to facilitate successful outcomes.

Key Duties:

• Develop dashboards and reports, and evaluate communication products and services to report on outcomes.
• Liaise with Key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate a high performing communication culture.
• Assist in the planning and design of communication strategies to ensure execution across multiple channels and meet the organisations outcomes.
• Identify innovative solutions through priority issues, market insights, industry trends and practices for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain systems, tools and processes in collaboration with key customers and stakeholders to deliver improvements and outcomes.
• Ensure day to day alignment of the organisational strategy with communications plans and tactics

About You:

• Key customer and Stakeholder management skills
• Team collaboration skills assisting and managing projects
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience creating dashboards for communication channels
• Problem solving and research skills
• Experience in a similar role highly advantageous
