Role: Senior Change Manager and Change Lead

Location: Sydney

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager and Change Lead to lead and manage change activities within a leading global bank in Sydney. This role will be crucial in delivering seamless transformation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Planning - Define the scope, impact, and schedule for regulatory change initiatives
• Stakeholder Management - Engage with senior business leaders, fostering strong partnerships
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate change-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Change Execution & Alignment - Ensure seamless integration across business functions, driving adoption and sustainability
• Host Trainings /Workshops/facilitation - working with global teams and new products/features/roadmap updates
• Reporting & Governance - Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates
• Navigating ambiguity and complexity within regulatory and business transformation landscapes
• Managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex change initiatives
• Proven ability to deliver regulatory and operational transformation projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Financial services experience - within compliance and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation and influencing, leading & facilitation of meetings, training's and workshops, and stakeholder relationship management
• Qualifications in Change Management - PROSCI
