Our client is seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping change programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies, change impact analysis to support business transformation.
- Design and deliver communication plans that engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals.
- Create compelling content for internal communications across multiple channels.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication activities, adjusting as needed.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record in managing change programs within complex organizations.
- Strong background in internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in an Agile change practice.
- Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience across various industries or large-scale projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.
