Our client is currently seeking an experienced and adaptable Change and Communication Analyst to support a major organisational transformation initiative. This role plays a key part in delivering clear, consistent communication and managing stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions during systems and process change

This is a daily rate contract, located in Melbourne, hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of structured change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
  • Craft and disseminate compelling communication materials across a variety of internal platforms (email, intranet, presentations, etc.).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure change initiatives are in line with broader institutional goals.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback to continuously refine messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Support training and adoption efforts by preparing informative resources such as FAQs, guides, and user materials.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organisational change and/or internal communications within a large or complex environment.
  • Strong ability to create clear, engaging written content and visual presentations.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
