BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Sydney

Our client, a leading Occupational Health Advisor, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to work on a permanent basis in Sydney/Western Sydney.

We're seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager with extensive experience in senior sales roles within service-based, professional B2B environments-preferably in healthcare. This NSW-based role offers the opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives, identify new business prospects, and foster enduring client relationships. Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior sales or business development management role, ideally within a service-based, professional B2B environment

  • Strong ability to sell intangible services through value-based solutions, with deep commercial acumen and consultative selling experience

  • Exceptional presentation, professionalism, and leadership skills with the capacity to influence and maintain business relationships at executive and operational levels

  • Customer-focused mindset backed by outstanding negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • High-level written communication skills, including successful tender preparation and business proposal writing

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and responding to sales performance metrics and market trends

  • Hands-on experience with Apple MAC systems, CRM platforms, and strong capability using Google Workspace tools
