Business Analyst

Location: ACT

Contract: 12 months

Extension: 12 months

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Baseline

Duties:

• Examining data, interpreting findings, and generating reports utilizing advanced statistical methods.
• Supervising and orchestrating divisional and branch reporting to oversee, monitor, and enhance performance and outcomes.
• Spearheading the formulation of business functional requirements and resources, ensuring alignment with contractual, legislative, and policy frameworks.
• Guiding the team in translating business metrics to advise and direct internal stakeholders on efficiency, enhancement, and performance results, while also providing mentorship to other staff members.
• Pioneering a strategic approach to designing, delivering, and facilitating workshops, communication channels, and consultation resources to bolster complex systems and facilitate the sharing of business information.
• Directing the establishment and implementation of governance and compliance processes, dashboards, and management systems to monitor and assess branch and divisional performance.
• Supervising and managing the implementation, upkeep, and auditing of risk processes, controls, and issue resolution efforts.

Key Skills:

• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experiece or previous exposure to Salesforce
