Job Opportunity: Adobe Solution Developer

Are you a seasoned Solution Developer with a wealth of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a knack for delivering robust and scalable solutions? Join our fed govt client and contribute to the development of cutting-edge websites, leveraging the power of AEM as a Cloud Service.

Responsibilities:

1. AEM Implementation:

   • Apply your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service to implement solution designs for their websites, ensuring robustness and scalability while adhering to risk and compliance requirements.
   • Develop AEM solutions using Adobe Cloud Manager, incorporating Templates, Components, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and Workflows, all aligned with web accessibility guidelines.

2. Integration and Debugging:

   • Develop and support integrations between AEM and other platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Transperfect, etc.
   • Debug and troubleshoot platform and site issues across various environments, including production.

3. Requirements and Estimations:

   • Identify and document functional and technical requirements.
   • Provide accurate estimates for development and testing efforts based on project requirements.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively in blended, multidisciplinary project teams.
   • Contribute to the training of junior graduate developers.
   • Enhance staff learning by conducting demonstrations at training sessions, sharing insights and knowledge about AEM.

Requirements:

1. Solution Development Expertise:

   • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Development, specializing in Adobe Experience Manager website implementation projects across design-build-migration-testing-maintenance phases.
   • Excellent communication and technical explanation skills.

2. Collaboration and Attitude:

   • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team or organization, utilizing Agile and human-centered design principles, practices, and frameworks.
   • Demonstrated positive attitude towards work and respect for the team.

3. AEM Cloud Service Knowledge:

   • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, with an understanding of the differences from AEM on-premises versions.

4. Java Development Skills:

   • Experienced Java Developer with knowledge in web framework-based development.
   • Proficient in Internet technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and modern languages/libraries supporting web developers.

5. Version Control and CI/CD:

   • Ability to create and update source code via Git.
   • Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Delivery (CD) methodologies.

6. Quality Assurance:

   • Willingness to actively participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and efficiency.
   • Support testing phases to minimize defects and contribute to overall project quality.
