Project Manager - ICT Transformation (EL1 Equivalent)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant ICT transformation initiative within a government tribunal. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a multi-year program focused on delivering new case management capabilities.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Friday, 5 September 2025
• Initial Term: 12 months
• Extension: Up to 12 months (1 extension available)
• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
• Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance
• Location: VIC
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office attendance for workshops/meetings as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Operate effectively in hybrid environments using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and external vendors.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.

Technical Focus:

• ICT project experience is essential, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Essential Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects within a structured delivery framework.
2. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to meet project objectives.
3. Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
4. Experience coordinating with diverse teams and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
5. Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation.
6. Experience in ICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
