Tanya Calder joined us in late 2021 filling the role of Regional Manager, ACT, NSW and Victoria in Experis. Tanya is based in Canberra. Over the last 18 years Tanya has designed and led campaigns across several sectors such as: Government, Telco, Banking and Financial, and has led projects for Services Australia, Defence, Accenture, IBM and Infosys. Her experience spans labour hire, permanent and non-ongoing recruitment requirements, as well as volume processes, scribing and outcomes-based work. Tanya’s role and responsibilities will include the overall responsibility for growth in these regions, an interface for group sales, ensuring quality of service delivery in accounts, and making sure that all aspects of delivery meet our Experis values and strategy.
