Luke is an expert in recruiting culture-suitable CEO’s, CIO’s, CTO’s, CPO’s, CMO’s and Growth/Sales leaders for innovative technology businesses as well as CDO’s, “Digital” GM’s, Data/Insights specialists and the likes for our corporate, enterprise and government clients. He has developed and contributes to a very extensive and active network of contacts.
Luke’s career in executive search spans more than two decades during which he co-founded, built and successfully sold his interest in a high-profile Executive Search firm; ran a large, multi-brand recruitment business for Australia/NZ as Executive GM of an ASX listed human capital organisation and led internal recruitment for KPMG Victoria. His senior technology recruitment experience is extensive having led the Melbourne Executive Search Practice for a highly regarded San Francisco headquartered global executive search firm specialising in recruiting executive leaders for fast-scaling startups, tech “Unicorns” and innovative technology businesses scaling quickly and subsequently founding and leading his own firm doing similar work.
