Our client is a reputable Government Agency, based here in Canberra. The sole purpose of this particular area within the organisation is to provide various core ICT-focused services. They're actively seeking an experienced VMware Specialist to join their busy team for an initial 12 month contract, plus possible extensions.

Overview

You will be responsible for providing daily support of both VMWare and Microsoft Virtual Infrastructure (including vCenter, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Guest Operating Systems, and the underlying hardware) within a large enterprise environment.

About You

You possess the below...

• Current Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance (mandatory due to the nature of the work).
• ITIL framework knowledge (ITIL Foundation Certificate is advantageous).
• 2 years' experience in the provision of high level support, maintenance and design for Virtual Platforms for hosted applications and services in the ESX Server environment.
