UX Designer (Mid-Level)

We're seeking a UX Designer who loves getting hands-on, solving real user problems, and growing their craft through practical, day‑to‑day design work.

About the role

You'll contribute across the full design lifecycle: exploring user behaviours, mapping journeys, creating flows, shaping interaction patterns, and designing in Figma as part of your regular workflow. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams and help bring thoughtful, user-centred solutions to life across a variety of digital experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with solid UX foundations who's keen to broaden their experience, tackle diverse challenges, and continue building depth in both thinking and execution.

What we're looking for

Strong grounding in UX theory and best practice
You've completed formal study in UX, HCI, interaction design, or a closely aligned discipline, giving you a solid understanding of established methods, research approaches, and design principles.

Varied project experience
We value designers who've worked across different platforms or organisational setups and can adjust their approach based on context.

Expert level skills in Figma
You're fluent in using Figma for exploration, iteration, and delivery.

A portfolio with depth, not just polish
We're keen to see the behind‑the‑scenes thinking: drafts, alternatives you considered, experiments, and how you reached your final direction. Shiny screens are great but the reasoning is better.

Excellent UI skills
You bring a good eye for UI and have at least some familiarity with how digital products are built, helping you collaborate effectively with developers.

Broad, current design thinking
You understand UX as more than screens: you stay across evolving trends, new tools, and emerging patterns, and you regularly upskill especially with new features in Figma and related platforms.
