Trainer/Learning Facilitator/Workplace Trainer

Seeking a Trainer to design and deliver customised training programs using a blended, adult learning approach.

Job Details:

• Develop and deliver training to staff with the knowledge, practical skills to carry out work-related tasks.
• Analyse and identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities across all teams.
• Support organisational planning, talent, succession and performance cycle processes by undertaking coordination of key activities.
• Work with managers and trainers to solve specific training problems necessary to guarantee training progression or resolve skill-related performance issues
• Maintain documentation and training materials in line with requirements
• End-To-End Learning & Development - design and deliver customised training programs using a blended, adult learning approach in consultation and collaboration with internal subject matter
  experts (SME) to meet business needs
• Training Coordination and Administration - build relationships with key stakeholders to coordinate L&D activities as required, as well as providing support and coaching to both key stakeholders and employees
• Training delivery
• Training reporting and tracking
• Learning sustainability programs
