Huge opportunity for a Technical manager / Lead (mobile) to join a well-funded start-up soon to launch their social media app which acts as a mobile reviews platform with a focus on video content.

• Fully remote team in Australia & China
• $160k - $180k + super
• Mobile experience ( ios or android)
• English & Mandarin speaking essential

As a technical lead you will lead the entire mobile development build and team. This will mostly be a management role (hands off). There is a team of 7 in Sydney which includes the founders & operational team, the founders all come from well respected, top tier Technical companies and have a history of building successful start ups. There is also a 20+ dev team in china so bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English is essential, this role can be fully remote, as they plan to build out a worldwide remote team.

You will be working directly with the entire team, from CEO to product. You will be making important technical decisions on how the iOS and Android mobile application will be built and scaled to a high-performance level and be usable by millions of users.

this is ideal for someone with experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and experience in programming in native languages in mobile iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java)
