Who you'll be joining:

The company are a well recognised, Magento Enterprise Solution Partner, with a development team of over 30 developers + QAs + BAs + PMs. You would lead an agile team of 5+

About this role

This position would suit an experienced Magento Tech Lead who has client facing communication skills and the ability to Mentor and teach junior team members on Magento related topics.

You would be able to:

  • work with Solution Architect in validating of tech solutions and functionality

  • work with PM / scrum to deliver on-time, on budget projects

  • work with BA for ticket refinements by translating business requirements to tech solutions

  • work on the development of the most complex part of the build

  • delegate tickets to devs during sprint planning

  • handle code reviews & release deployments

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • Proven technical leadership & hands on Magento 2 development

  • Understanding of of Magento architecture & ecosystems

  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure & services

  • Magento performance & security

  • Working with APIs, web services, IPaaS, and integrations

  • Understanding and application of OOP principles

  • Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Fastly, PHP 8+

  • HTML, CSS, Javascript

  • Monitoring tools such as New Relic

  • Git-based version control, and git branching strategy
