Our reputable client is a global leader in the IT world, specialising in cloud software and infrastructure solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple System Reliability Engineers to join their Sydney team, on a permanent basis.

About the Opportunity
You will provide unparalleled support to our clients cloud solution in the field, making all encounters an enriched and successful product experience. Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnosing customer issues.

• Providing analysis of the existing customer base to avoid and minimise risks in the field.

• Improving the serviceability of the product by testing new features and developing tools to scale field deployment and auto-support infrastructure.

• Defining and leading product changes with the development engineering team based on feedback from customers/field implementations.

• Working with technology partners to resolve issues and push improvements.

About You
You are an excellent communicator who has a genuine passion and ability to learn new things, whilst working in a fast-growing company with huge potential. To be suitable for this role, you possess the below qualifications/experience:

• Solid experience with troubleshooting at least 2 of the following: Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (preferably layer 2/3), Linux Systems (preferably CLI administration), Storage Analysis.

• Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree and 2+ years of work experience).
