Supervising Salesforce Developer

Our client is looking for a Supervising Salesforce Developer with several years demonstrated experience in developing and configuring Salesforce CRM and implementing workflows based on engaging and working with business areas to automate business processes within the Salesforce CRM.

It would be advantageous if the Supervising Salesforce Developer candidates had experience in Salesforce Lightning and using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Salesforce Developers to achieve organisational goals.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders and business areas to automate business processes within the Salesforce CRM
• Provide feedback and assistance to the Salesforce Developers within the team.
• Document the tracking and progressing of tasks to completion using Kanban and Scrum approaches.

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certification(s).
• Demonstrable experience in:
• the development and configuration of the Salesforce CRM
• implementing workflows within the Salesforce CRM
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Demonstrable experience working in an agile environment using Kanban and Scrum approaches.
• Strong leadership experience and skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Essential criteria

1. Salesforce Developer Certification(s).
2. Demonstrated experience in: a. the development and configuration of the Salesforce CRM b. implementing workflows within the Salesforce CRM c. Salesforce Service Cloud.
3. Demonstrated experience in engaging and working with business areas to automate business processes within the Salesforce CRM.
4. Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment using Kanban and Scrum approaches.

Desirable criteria

1. Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Lightning.
2. Experience using Azure Dev Ops or JIRA to tracking and progress tasks to completion.
3. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
